It’s time for gathering with community, gift giving, and celebrating accomplishments. Join PDXWIT and our host Cambia Health Solutions as we celebrate the end of the year at our annual Winter Soiree & Awards Ceremony. 

During our event you’ll hear from our Executive Director Hazel Valdez, who will share our accomplishments in 2023 and how you can help PDXWIT level up in its next chapter. We’ll also reveal the winners of our 2023 Speaker and Community Changemaker awards.

Did we mention raffle prizes? Those who donate to our Give!Guide fundraising campaign during the event will be entered to win incredible prizes generously donated by local business owners. They include Portland staycations, restaurant gift certificates, and more!

A: All people who support PDXWIT’s mission are welcome to our events regardless of gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation. 

Q: What is the in-person event capacity?

A: 250

Q: Will there be gender neutral restrooms?

A: No

Q: Is the space ADA accessible?

A: Yes

Q: Will there be food and drink at this event?

A: Yes.

Q: What is the parking situation?

A: There is an attached parking garage at 1621 SW 1st Ave, but it is not free. Street parking and public lots are plentiful, or public transportation is an option. 

Q: Is there any special information that might help me find the entrance?

A: While the building address is 1621 SW 1st Ave you must enter through the doors on SW Market Street where the Department of Justice is located. All other entry points (off SW 1st and the SW Pedestrian Trail) will be locked and only the doors on SW Market Street will be staffed with volunteers.

Q: Is there secured bike parking?

A: Yes, in the parking garage. 

Q: Should I consider using public transportation?

A:  Always. Plan your trip at TriMet.

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Sadly, no.
